Delaying payment for A$82,000

I won 82k and my first withdrawal of 6000 is still pending. I have bonuses disabled and all my documents have been submitted so there is no reason for them to be taking this long.
On top of that I should be getting VIP withdrawal limits since I play max bets (40,50,60,70 AUD) spins. They said they will pass my request on to the Manager who just happens to not be there today... what a coincidence.
They keep telling me that there is a que line and my winnings will be approved shortly! , they are clearly just delaying in the hope that I will lose my winnings or trying to sabotage my winnings by giving me an unwanted bonus (automatically activated!!!) which they already attempted, when I have the “i don’t want to receive any bonuses” selected. They are literally trying to get me to break the rules.
By far the worst withdrawal experience I‘ve had with online casinos. I don’t recommend this casino, withdrawal is probably the most important thing for a gambler , why else would I be playing ??
If they can’t do that quickly and ethically then it’s a fail.

As per submitter's confirmation, Gunsbet Casino already started paying disputed payment, but unfortunately the player played and lost remained funds. While we do understand player's frustration and disappointment of being left to wait for long period of time by casino to process the payment, AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to remind the player that each and every online casino has the exclusive right to determine and apply its own withdrawal policy and procedures depending on the requirements set within their licensing agreement. Unfortunately, AskGamblers Complaints Team is not able to influence such withdrawal policy in any way. Moreover, it is up to player to refrain from playing until the withdrawal procedure is finished and the payment/s are processed. Once the player played and lost remained funds, it means there is no more a valid subject to claim, therefore we have no other choice but to close complaint.

In addition, AskGamblers Complaints Team has been provided by valid evidence on behalf management of Gunsbet Casino where it is clearly displayed that player's recent winnings are coming from bonus based funds, where unfortunately due violation of the bonus term #6, player's winnings were confiscated. 

The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. Abuse is the relation of received bonuses to amount of deposits: 70% of bonus funds with 5 deposits, but not more than 9 deposits, 50% of bonus funds with 10 deposits or more. In case of such abuse Casino has the right to prohibit the Player to receive any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.

Moreover, we have received evidences which are showing that player's behavior towards casino's support was offensive and abusive. AskGamblers Complaints Team considers the behavior shown by the player incompatible with the minimum standards of decency and normal attitude. Such behavior is considered as a direct breach of the Terms & Conditions associated with AskGamblers Complaints Servic­e, t­her­efore we took the decision to ban the player from using our services in the future.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.

The initial win ??? Oh yeah then where did the 4500 come from? It was not initial win you liars !!!! Scammers !! As you can see in the history I got and wagered the bonus on 30th of July .. and 31st of July they accepted my withdrawal for 4500!! How could that have been initial win if my initial win was long gone and my new winnings came from the bonus that was issued on the 30th????????? Answer that you scamming blacklisted criminals

Also BAre in mind !!! I always had no bonus box ticked !! I didn’t want any bonuses !! But they automatically gave me the bonuses which I canceled !! To try and sabotage me !!!! So it cannot count towards my percentage you lying scammers !!

Help me get my money back and add this site to your blacklist !! I hate them with a passion and can’t believe they have the review rating that you have given them! This site is not even a legitimate casino it’s the dodgiest site I’ve ever played on ! Do something about it please

This is the history of my deposits vs bonuses ! Bare in mind I canceled 4 large bonuses because I knew they were trying to sabotage my winnings !! And then accepted one when I lost !! And now being punished for it !!!!
How is this cAsino not blacklisted !! And shut down !

Delayed payment as my withdrawals are pending for more than 48 hours
Dear AskGambler team,

I would like you to help me to withdraw my funds on GunsBet Casino as my withdrawals are pending for more than 48 hours (and in their term and condition they mentioned it should be paid within 48hours).

Quick history :

18.10 : I submitted 2 withdrawals (5000e and 2500e because their T&C have a weekly limit of 7500e). I contacted the support to know if everything was in order and they confirmed and asked me to confirm the withdraw address which I did)

19.10 : withrawal rejected because they asked me for ID and utility bill (I was fully verified but it was a long time ago, so I did not see any issue to provide the documents once again, verification took a bit less than 24hours

20.10 9am : I resubmitted the 2 withdrawals (5000 and 2500) and during the day the 2500 was approved but not the 5000 one. I contacted my VIP manager who asked me to split in 2 withdrawal of 2500 (which is strange as the limit is 5000)

20.10 11am : I proceed to the changes and I was to told to do 3 withdrawal instead of 2 so I cancelled again to do 3 withdrawal (1400, 1300 and 2300)

21.10 : 1400 paid but still no news/update about the remaining 2300 and 1300

They are clearly in breach of their T&C, I have 2 withdrawal open (2300 and 1300) and a balance of 4500 for which I will request a withdrawal next week as the weekly limit is 7500.

As I didn’t succeed to obtain clear update regarding my payment except « we do everything possible to treat them asap » I am asking to follow up with them because ai would like to understand why it’s taking so much time …

Pending Withdrawal and Very poor customer support

Overall the main issue revolves to late “processing” of withdrawal and no support at all from customer support. Customer support keeps sending the automated message that payment is in queue, or is being processed or shall be received shortly.

Withdrawal was requested over 42 hours ago. On the chat I’ve been told that it may take up to 24 hours and now that timeframe is already doubled and I am still without my funds.

I had another withdrawal which was rejected on Friday, due to a missing document. This was rejected (therefore it was checked) within an hour and 50 minutes. So clearly there’s a huge discrepancy between that time frame and 42 hours. I cannot accept that to reject it takes 2 hours but to effect a withdrawal it takes over 42 hours and counting.

I sent two emails too. I received the same reply on both, payment is in queue or being processed which is obviously a standardized automated message as I read it a million times since Saturday.

Following the email to add insult to injury, I was asked whether I was satisfied the customer support. I chose that I’m not, to my surprise system generates an error when trying to give negative feedback.

Leaves a lot to be desired for a casino stating that they have fast withdrawals. Also what I demand is at least a decent update and not the random generic email or message as not it’s become unacceptable. Till now, I had to commence 8 chats all leading nowhere.
