Hi,
I made a deposit using my neosurf account. When i tried to cashout, they send me emial and wrote
'We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request was cancelled. Unfortunately, Neosurf is unavailable method to make a withdrawal in your country. We kindly ask you to use Visa, EcoPayz or AstroPay as an alternative method to make a successful cashout. '
First of all I have only two deposit options(proof on screenshot) neosurf and visa/mastercard. There are four withdraw options (proof on screen­sho­t)v­isa­/ma­ste­rcard, neosurf, skrill and neteller. This is misleading because when you want to withdraw using one of this option you need to min. deposit the same way and having only two options of deposit it's impossible to unlock skrill and neteller.
So i deposit using visa to unlock this option of withdraw. It was also canceled because my bank don't accept cashouts.
I also checked is withdraw to neosurf account really restricted for my country, and it is not.
I deposit on other casino and cashout to my account without any problems (proof on screenshot).
I don't know what to do, please help me AG.

The amount i want to withdraw is 2600 pln(~584 Euro).
