GummyPlay won't process my payment blocked my account

My account is fully verified.

I started with a daily login bonus and managed to get it up to about 140 USD.

I played it down to 100 USD and attempted to withdraw.

They declined my first request because they wanted a picture of my debit card, which I then provided.

Now it has been over 5 days since I requested redemption. 5 days is their given timeframe. Now I am unable to log in to my account.

There has been no contact from them whatsoever as to why they blocked my account. I've tried to email their support and get no response.
