I have repeatedly tried to get my redemption approved.

They denied my first withdrawal within 24 hours, then left my next attempt in limbo forever.

First, 24/7 customer service isn’t 24/7, then they always come with the same premade response sheet.

Completely automated system. I’ve been on hold for 8 days with no movement in the process
