I have repeatedly tried to get my redemption approved.

They denied my first withdrawal within 24 hours, then left my next attempt in limbo forever.

First, 24/7 customer service isn’t 24/7, then they always come with the same premade response sheet.

Completely automated system. I’ve been on hold for 8 days with no movement in the process

GummyPlay won't process my payment blocked my account

My account is fully verified.

I started with a daily login bonus and managed to get it up to about 140 USD.

I played it down to 100 USD and attempted to withdraw.

They declined my first request because they wanted a picture of my debit card, which I then provided.

Now it has been over 5 days since I requested redemption. 5 days is their given timeframe. Now I am unable to log in to my account.

There has been no contact from them whatsoever as to why they blocked my account. I've tried to email their support and get no response.

Over a week no redemption

Hi,

I ran up my balance with this casino, I deposited more than $500 and ran it up to 5k. They are slow paying payment and refuse to give an eta. It has been over a week without and kind of firm update on when payout is. It feels they are hoping I cancel the withdrawal and lose it all. I don’t believe they will ever pay. Please be advised and ask gambler please help
