Withdrawal pending since 27th of Feb and verification tab disabled

I am trying to solve my hassle with this otherwise good casino that has been going on for the past month, and I hope we can achieve something productive.
I have been an active player on this site with multiple previous successful withdrawals. The latest one, which I requested on February 27th, is still in a pending state due to one missing verification document, which I have already supplied in the email.
The casino has requested screenshots of my Skrill transaction history from December to March. I tried uploading it through their internal interface, however, it allowed me to upload 5 documents in total, when it consists of 9 screenshots. After the upload, the casino requested the rest of the screenshots (data for December) to be uploaded, however, as I have mentioned previously, the limit did not allow me to do it.
After talking to their chat representative, he advised me to email the screenshots to the support, which I did, clearly stating my username, etc. I did this on March 14th, 2023, but I have not received a meaningful answer.
Today, March 21st, the verification tab is no longer available from my menu, and when I try to access it through "https://greatwin1.com/en/account/verification" (the link has been saved in my browser), there is an empty page showing up.
To summarize:
- Withdrawal amount pending: 350 EUR
- Withdrawal initiate date: February 27th, 2023
- Verification documents were sent, and uploaded, but now, for some reason, the verification page is disabled in my account.
- My goal with this complaint: To make my account fully verified and make the casino process my withdrawal.
- Relevant proof in the form of screenshots has been attached.
