Responsible Gaming failed, lost money
On March 1st I sent an e-mail to [email protected] as per website responsible gaming direction. I struggle with Gambling and did this when I was in my right mind. It was not actioned in 24 hours or ever. Since that time I have deposited over $6000 and withdrawn as winnings $720. That leaves me losing over $5000 after asking for my account to be permanently closed.
I would like this looked into and my account closed and to be compensated. I followed up with several emails with no response. As of today I have received more promotional emails asking me to play at GreatwinCasino. This is insulting to the process. The response saying that I didn't say why I wanted it closed is not in your policy. Or if it cared about the policy you would of responded and asked for clarification. You didn't because you knew how much money I was spending. I have attached conversation emails which mostly have not be responded to or answered. I have attached as much correspondence as I can find but can dig further.
Communication was very poor with any issue. Self exclusion should be made very easy. I am asking for the money lost from when I asked to be excluded until the day they finally closed the account which took a complaint. Gambling like any addiction needs to be treated and helped asap. No response for that long cost a lot of depression and further gambling. Approx claim $5250 Cad
