I have a problem with Casino Greatwin.

I try to make a withdrawal there, which has now been canceled without any explanation.

For the 4th time now.

There are no longer any replies to emails and the support chat doesn't always work either. When you get into the chat, you're held back for 20 minutes and you're always told the same thing. Problems with my bank, so it was canceled.

I saved chat histories as emails.

I pay out with a bank transfer to my bank account, which I also used to deposit.

There were never any problems with the withdrawal with other casino providers.

According to support, account verification is currently not necessary.

When paying out with Bank Transfer you can only enter the IBAN, nothing more.

The payout amount is €200.

I hope you can help me.

I use a translator because my English is not that good.
