Blocking my account and stealing my winnings

Stay away from this site. This is a scam and they do everything they can to not withdraw your winnings. I won 75.000 NOK, but since I had an old account I suddenly was disabled by the admin when I asked them to increase my withdrawal limits.

I made several big deposits and thought everything was fine until I won and wanted to withdraw my money. This is fraud. I have either never used any bonus, so I don't understand how they can treat me like this.

Now they are only paying me back my last deposit and stealing my winnings. Even today one of their agents confirmed that my remaining winnings were sent to my bank. But no, they are only fooling people! Stay away.

Confiscating profits cannot possibly be legal. It is completely immaterial which rights you claims to have reserved through agreements, as long as the action is unlawful.

You are equally responsible, who have allowed me to deposit a lot of money. Then to close the account when I won! You should have done this at a much earlier stage. This is fraud and I request that my winnings will be paid out as soon as possible.

We would like to inform you that your account was closed and winnings were confiscated as your account is a duplicate account and it breaches our following terms and conditions:

3.2 Your account with the Website must be registered in your own, correct, name. Only one account per person, per household/address, per phone number/email, and per IP address is allowed. Any other accounts that are opened on the Website will be considered as “Duplicate Accounts”. You must not attempt to open a Duplicate Account, including by providing false or alternative credentials. If you open or attempt to open any number of Duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close some or all of your accounts without any compensation and apply the following sanctions:
- each action performed using a Duplicate Account is considered void;
- any promotions that the Duplicate Account has participated in will be cancelled;
- any winnings obtained on the Duplicate Account will be void. Any processed withdrawals will be reversed and will be owed back to the Company;
- the Duplicate Account will be closed without an option to reopen it.
