GreatWin casino - Account not active

I charged 50€ and suddenly after this I couldn't play anything it appears "user is denied or disabled". I tried to get help from the support through the live Chat. They meant i have to write an email to the other support. After doing that I didn't got any answer it have been one day ago. They are not giving me the money back and not solving this software problem.
