50 euros not credited
Dear AskGamblers team, I cannot say that I am the biggest fish in the bowl in terms of casino gambler, but I play a lot. I recently made a deposit of only 50 euros to Greatwin Casino, via online banking/giro pay/Skrill, instant payment, of course, shortly after a message appears ''Skrill was informed...'', unfortunately no email confirmation from Skrill, also my account not credited, but the money left my bank account. I know it's not much, but it's my money.
After 3 working days of several tries to get an answer from financial department, via service chat and the screenshot provided. I sent an email to the support@ without an answer, I a sent an email to Skrill, because one service chat operator said the fault belongs to the payment provider, still no answer, I think the will not answer anyway.
I do have to prove that I am right. I may have overreacted with so many tries to contact the service but I know that this is the only way to get in touch with someone. I ask you kindly to solve my complaint. Thank you in advance.
