Let me deposit after self exclusion
On 18/05/19 I requested a self exclusion and permanent closure of my account. The casino replied the same day confirming my account had been closed.
On 23/05/19 I asked the to reopen my account and they replied saying I could do so on 24/05/19. On 24/05/19 I asked them to reopen my account which they did. I went onto deposit and lose around £4000.
On 04/06/19 I complained to the casino that I do not think they should have allowed me to reopen my account and requested a refund of my deposits made. They replied on 05/06/19 refusing my request stating I had asked for my account to be reopened and they apply a 7 day waiting time before they will reopen it.
