Delayed payment of £7200
Dear Askgamblers, on 8th May I registered with Goldman Casino, deposited £800 and won £7200 playing roulette.
I requested a cashout but the casino requested my documents to be notarised. I thought this was unfair during a pandemic as I am in the "at risk" category, so there was a delay whilst I waited until I felt safe to get this done.
The casino now have all documents required but still haven't paid me or provided an update.
I have attached evidence of full correspondence with them. Sadly I cannot provide deopsit/withdrawal history as my account is locked, I have provided proof of this also.
