Customer service wont admit fault

I have been a customer of this casino for many many years. I’ve never had issues like this before. I deposit and I go to the chat and they give me my bonus. Whatever it may be.

Tonight I went into the chat first because I knew that I had special deposit bonuses. I asked the person a chat with my deposit bonuses were and she told me so I went back to deposit my money I put in the bonus code it said invalid. I went back to chat and told her and I didn’t hear from her for about four minutes so I went and deposited my $25. I went back in to chat and said deposit the money can I please have my bonus and she said no because I didn’t put the bonus decoding, but the thing is the bonus code was invalid. I even went back and told her I took a picture of it. When she gave me my bonus codes, it said to claim go to either live chat or email. She’s telling me that she will not give them to me because I never put the bonus code in the code spot on the deposit page. But the code was invalid so it wouldn’t accept it so I am out 50 free spins, and she’s not admitting her fault because she didn’t explain it properly.
