GoldenBet Casino - Withdrawal of 1400 gbp not received despite showing successful

I requested a withdrawal of £1,400 on Thursday 6th April, this changed from pending to success on Friday 7th April AM. My account is fully verified.
It was a SEPA withdrawal so should have shown in my bank account within 1-24 hours however I have still received nothing.
Having contacted their support all I am ever told is to wait for the relevant team, however I never get contacted and nobody is able to provide a reason for the delay to my withdrawal.
It is a shame as the casino is good other than this withdrawal issue.

Today we had talk to your bank , we've sent it from our end but receiver bank ceased the transaction. The money wasn't sent back and it was stuck between two banks. As receiver bank said they are aware about your case and they will proceed your payment to the nearest future.
Sorry for inconvenience , but there are things which aren't on our hands and we can't speed up.
We are always on users side and trying to help in any case, related to their withdrawals .
