Hello,
I played at Goldenbet for months until they wanted a video verification on 22th February, which I sent on the same day.
On 26th i asked them why I haven't got an answer on the results, no answer.
On 27th they wrote in my casino Account that I should do the Video with showing both sides of the ID. So I did the Video verification for the second time. And I tried withdrawing several times with no success.

Hello,
the total withdrawal Amount Is 3,820€.
I did a withdrawal request on Friday which was rejected. Chat said i should use an other payment method. So i did another request on Friday, which is still until now ok Proccessing!!
