I am able to withdrawal the money but I made a withdrawal of £6000 but I only received £5838.11 into my bank account. They have never mentioned about any handling charges if we withdraw money as their options are either bank transfer or BTC or other Cryptocurrency. As their maximum withdrawal each time is £6000 per week hence I can only withdraw this amount and have to wait for next week only. I will keep you all posted once I got all my money back.
