No assistance given in location payment
Hi, I processed a withdrawal which was successful on 19th September. This was not received by my bank.
Upon contacting goldenbet I was given a lot of conflicting information, that it would be received within 24 hours, that it would be investigated with no set timescale and I just had to wait.
Goldenbet have provided me with a payment order and I have spoken with my bank and provided them with this information. They have had their international payments team look into this and cannot see a payment pending to my account. They asked me to get golden bet or the bank they use to contact them to resolve and this has been refused.
I keep getting the same copy and paste response from golden bet which doesn’t help anything.
I went back to my bank and they’ve told me to ask for the reference to track the payment as all payments should be traceable and this ideally would allow them to locate the payment and provide an update (I understand golden bet could also do this if they wanted to).
I’ve asked for the trace number but this is just being ignored and I continue getting the same response that the payment has been processed and goldenbet will not help any further.
If this was a small amount of money it wouldn’t bother me but it’s a rather large some so I’d just like some help in locating this payment please.
