Have issue since 1st October 2023 won 601£ and still haven't received money in my bank account.
There is a technical issue as the payment still shows as processing status. I contacted Goldenbet every day after 72 hours as required to await however being told everyday this same that somebody dealing with my case and to please wait.
It is already 9 days and still nobody resolved my issue. No communication via email to explain the situation.

With all the respect check the attached email and is clearly saying 700eur as compensation bonus not as my withdrwall.
Also would like to know how is the near future will be as is allready 20 days which is not happening.
And with all respect my behaviour is apropriate to the situation as goldenbet show incompetence with dealing with my case.
I believe case should be closed when my withdrwall will be on my bank account.
I'm more than happy for askgamblers to review the case.

Hello,
User has received his 700 EUR as it was his withdrawal , it means that case is closed according to terms. BUT we did exemption and told the user that he should wait for additional bonus , the money which was ceased in bank will be proceed but when we don't know, but user has already received so ASKGAMBLER please review the case and close the case as resolved as the request is completed. Users behavior is not relevant , we have sent his withdrawal from the second bank and he received it and the first one which was ceased is sent already and he will receive to the nearest future.
