I have recently been using GoldenBet a lot and have never had any issues with withdrawing but over the weekend I won €1413, have withdrawn through different transactions, and withdrawals still missing.
I have been in contact with the support service via email and live chat but I’m very worried after reading reviews that I will not see this money.
The longest I have ever had to wait is 3 days and was told by email would be here yesterday but still nothing,
I am also trying to speak to someone through live chat but that is now not letting me do so,
I wish to have a time frame of when my money will be in my account and what was the hold-up, for when I use the casino in the future.
