I made a withdrawal for amount of £2920 on 10.01.2023 and I only received £2838.47, The method I used for request withdrawal was SEPA which advertising in their website %0.00 fee, so I should receive the exact amount as I requested, after numbers of times I communicate with them and made a complaint this is the answer without explanation they gave me.
