I want to make a complaint to Goldenbet Casino for the delay in verifying my account.
I only received an email from them saying that they do not accept documents, scans, PDFs, and live. I have written to them many times, I have sent copies of, my passport, credit card, electricity bills, bank statements, and proof of transfer to their casino.
I don't understand why they are taking so long, everything is legal, and the documents are original, can you please help me solve my case, thank you very much.
