Golden Lady Casino - Unfairly declined payment £231.50

I took a deposit bonus of £33 deposit get £263 bonus money, with a max cashout of £263, played for a few hours, tried contacting the live chat several times asking how i could check my wagering requirements but no one was answering so i gave up and kept going back and forth to the cashier as it says if u havent met the wagering until u have, eventually it said i had met the requirements, my balance stood at £550, as the max cashout was £263 i played big bets to get the balance below £263 so i could withdraw, so i withdrew £231.50, had an email confirming which i will attach, logged back in later to check the status on it, it had been reversed, also had an email saying it had been reversed, nothing about breeched bonus terms or anything, contacted live chat to see what was going on, the woman who i spoke to basically didnt care about my point of view, admitting there had been an issue with the bonus that was being resolved, and i apparently hadnt met wagering, they even tried saying there was another account on my ip address, they told me the name, had never heard of this women, basically i believe that i am owes that money as its not my fault the casino had a problem with the bonus that apparently let me withdraw before i had met wagering, also the casino doesnt have a % bar like alot of casinos which lets u keep an eye on your wagering. Please help

still haven't heard anything, seems like this casino is a big con from the amount of unresolved complaints, is there anything else I can do?
