Casino refuses my withdraw

I made a deposit of 500 euro according to the Bonus that you can see in the email that Mr Alex of Golden Lady Casino sent to me.
So I started with abalance of 4000 euro and a wagering to do of 12800 euro.
As you can see in the image of excel file (taken with copy and paste from Casino History bets) , i made more than 17000 euro , and I played yesterday after this file and today , so I think i made twice the wagering.
No possibilities to have a good answer from chat, every one who answer me (when I can talk with someone) tell me something different, among the other things I read : "I can't access to your account" , "there is an issue now" "you made 10200 of 12800" and today I think the best "You still have to do 240.000 euro"!!!
The only person who might solve the problem is Mister Alex, very kindly until you make your deposit and you are far from "goal", now disapperead in last 2 days.

I don't know what to do, I think I respected the terms of the special offer Alex made to me, there are 2 possibilities :

1) Golden Lady is a casino to put in a Black List, as they don't respect the customer, and don't pay your wins.

2)They got a big problem in their system, because pheraps not all the bets are considered in the playtrough.

This is my response, I think they will not answer to you ever, but it is not right that they can do all they want and then accuse me of misuse...It is a joke...Please read my email sent 10 minutes ago :

Keep on digging your own grave.

In italy we use to say : do no evil, have no fear.

You have stopped me by fraud or for problems that you pretend not to see for 2 times to proceed to the withdraw of money I honestly won in your casino, playing with your rules...

If you wanted to be threatening me, you have not succeeded.

You are only proving once again that you are afraid of me and disgraced for your reputation that will come out with broken bones from this story.

You are pathetic rather than threatening

It is a pity that I can not bring you to trial in a court in italy with a lawsuit for wrongful acts, it would be a process that would jurisprudence, and your last email fits perfectly in the contest of a company which first flatters with bonus who points out that someting went wrong inside, then tries to put fear with a email instead of doing the only right thing, to admit to having problems in his system and perhaps apologize to the customer.

Target missed, dear casinò.

And in closing, you still can not answer to my 2 easily and simple requests :

1) recover and read the chat with me and dear mr alex, when he gave me 3300 euro with 15x wagering to retire the complaint I had just made to ask gamblers, for your first "Error" on my account. This is the basic point !!!

2) compare all my bets taken from my account history , my excel file I sent you and your system . 

Then try to call me false like dear mr alex made in another chat, you can recover it too.

Try to be serious people, and pay your dues, I find others complaints on you in ask gamblers, surely made by mad people like me.

On May 3rd. I made a deposit at Golden Lady Casino. After a day and a half I had built the balance to over a $1000.00, but continued to play. I finally requested a withdrawal of $602.00 on May 5th. I contacted the live chat agent before doing so to make sure that everything was in order since this was my first withdrawal at this casino. I was told that all I needed to do was submit my ID to support via e-mail to verify my account. I did that immediately. Since it was a bitcoin deposit with no bonus attached, there was no wagering requirements, no betting or game restrictions and no cash-out limits.
On July 2nd I received an email from Golden Lady Casino, and another casino which I have a long overdue pending withdrawal at, that my withdrawal had been canceled and the funds returned to my account balance. I went online and asked the live chat agent what had happened. I was told that there was a glitch in the system and that I can resubmit the withdrawal. I did that without delay.
I regularly inquire about the status of the withdrawal through both live chat and to support via e-mail. The response is always the same: We apologize for the delay, don't worry it is in the queue for payment. Yadda, Yadda, Yadda. I always try to be patient and polite in my correspondences, though I admit at times I might not have been a complete success. It has been 7 months and I am quite frustrated. There is no way to download the chat conversations so I have had to copy and paste them in my notes. I may have missed one or two that the agent closed the chat on before I had the chance to copy them.
I have provided everything that they have asked me for and given them the bitcoin wallet address more times than I can remember. If you can help me to motivate Golden Lady Casino to complete this transaction, I would be forever grateful. I have attached my notes of chats formatted in Word along with my deposit and withdrawal records at that casino. I have many e-mails which I will gather in another Word document and have available.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
