Deposits take 30 mins but no payout after 3 weeks


Golden Lady Casino will not payout $700. It has been 21 days. At first I was told that it would take 12-14 days. Okay. So I waited. After about 10 days I contacted them again. They then told me I had to send in documents for ID verification. I did. In a couple of days I contacted them again and they told me that it would be a bit longer so that they could verify my identity. Once I got confirmation of ID verification I was just told that my payout would be completed soon. Then I got “3-5 business days.” I finally got one customer service rep to guarantee me that I would receive the payout within 7 days. It has been 8 days. Now it’s just back to “the finance department is processing your request” and “3-5 business days” and “by the end of the week.” I’ve been contacting them multiple times a day and sent several emails to which I received no response. The customer support staff has been friendly and polite but ultimately not helpful.

I understand that sometimes there are delays but it’s been 22 days and with everything I’ve been told by this casino it seems a bit excessive.

Why does a deposit take a maximum of 30 mins but my withdrawal is still pending over 3 weeks later??

And the transaction is still just listed as “requested,” giving me the option to cancel or reverse it even now. I told them through email that I was not going to cancel or reverse this withdrawal. I would like to just skip all this back and forth and get my payout completed.

They need to stop giving me and all these other people the runaround, give me real information, respond to my emails and complete my payout. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I didn’t want to be someone else posting a negative review and asking for help getting my payout from this casino but it seems like that may be the only way I have any hope of ever receiving it.

After my (still ongoing) experience I would tell people to be very wary of playing here. If I can get this matter resolved soon I will change my review but as it stands this is just a terrible experience over all.

On May 3rd. I made a deposit at Golden Lady Casino. After a day and a half I had built the balance to over a $1000.00, but continued to play. I finally requested a withdrawal of $602.00 on May 5th. I contacted the live chat agent before doing so to make sure that everything was in order since this was my first withdrawal at this casino. I was told that all I needed to do was submit my ID to support via e-mail to verify my account. I did that immediately. Since it was a bitcoin deposit with no bonus attached, there was no wagering requirements, no betting or game restrictions and no cash-out limits.
On July 2nd I received an email from Golden Lady Casino, and another casino which I have a long overdue pending withdrawal at, that my withdrawal had been canceled and the funds returned to my account balance. I went online and asked the live chat agent what had happened. I was told that there was a glitch in the system and that I can resubmit the withdrawal. I did that without delay.
I regularly inquire about the status of the withdrawal through both live chat and to support via e-mail. The response is always the same: We apologize for the delay, don't worry it is in the queue for payment. Yadda, Yadda, Yadda. I always try to be patient and polite in my correspondences, though I admit at times I might not have been a complete success. It has been 7 months and I am quite frustrated. There is no way to download the chat conversations so I have had to copy and paste them in my notes. I may have missed one or two that the agent closed the chat on before I had the chance to copy them.
I have provided everything that they have asked me for and given them the bitcoin wallet address more times than I can remember. If you can help me to motivate Golden Lady Casino to complete this transaction, I would be forever grateful. I have attached my notes of chats formatted in Word along with my deposit and withdrawal records at that casino. I have many e-mails which I will gather in another Word document and have available.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
