Delayed payout and if Verification was approved


I am reaching out to ask what do I do

When I have not received my payout? My first payout request was made on February 23rd 2022, on February 25th 2022 I emailed the appropriate documents to verify my identity to the email address posted on the Golden Lady Casino. I will attach documents providing proof of everything I say here. As a couple weeks go by I reach out to the 24/7 chat that’s provided on site because I ask how long do I need to wait before my payout is approved because it does not say on their Terms and Conditions page anything on the length, the chat lady said 7-10 business days after my identity verification has been approved and I stated to her that I sent that in on Feb 25th but have not received any response back from the support team whether or not they received my email, the chat lady goes and checks and says they have received the emails and if anything more is needed the support team will reach out. I have not received any responses to any of my emails that I will be attaching to this complaint. A month goes by and still nothing, I reach out to the chat on March 21st & she begins to tell me they are having issues with their processing distributor and in that chat we begin to realize that I filled out the payout form wrong so I canceled that payout and filled out a new One, with the assistance of the chat lady. She tells me that I should not have to wait the 7-10 working days to receive this payout well on April 3rd I still have not received my payout so I cancel my request and begin to play with my balance but I begin to win more so as I begin to win more I put in a payout request and leave myself with a little $ to play with still and begin to win more with that and on April 3rd I put in a request to be paid out, one is for 800$ and the other is for 400$. And once again I have not received my payout. I have chatted with the chat team and it’s the same response every time I ask what the delay is, and they state it’s the processing distributor, I ask why I don’t receive a response to my emails and then the chat ends there and they never tell me why I am not getting any replies. I don’t know that to do as I have put in a lot of money into this casino. I will attach as much proof as possible. I have reached out to the email and never get any responses. If you have any questions or need more proof let me know I’m not sure if I gave you all the proof to support my claim so just reach out and tell me exactly what you are looking for.

On May 3rd. I made a deposit at Golden Lady Casino. After a day and a half I had built the balance to over a $1000.00, but continued to play. I finally requested a withdrawal of $602.00 on May 5th. I contacted the live chat agent before doing so to make sure that everything was in order since this was my first withdrawal at this casino. I was told that all I needed to do was submit my ID to support via e-mail to verify my account. I did that immediately. Since it was a bitcoin deposit with no bonus attached, there was no wagering requirements, no betting or game restrictions and no cash-out limits.
On July 2nd I received an email from Golden Lady Casino, and another casino which I have a long overdue pending withdrawal at, that my withdrawal had been canceled and the funds returned to my account balance. I went online and asked the live chat agent what had happened. I was told that there was a glitch in the system and that I can resubmit the withdrawal. I did that without delay.
I regularly inquire about the status of the withdrawal through both live chat and to support via e-mail. The response is always the same: We apologize for the delay, don't worry it is in the queue for payment. Yadda, Yadda, Yadda. I always try to be patient and polite in my correspondences, though I admit at times I might not have been a complete success. It has been 7 months and I am quite frustrated. There is no way to download the chat conversations so I have had to copy and paste them in my notes. I may have missed one or two that the agent closed the chat on before I had the chance to copy them.
I have provided everything that they have asked me for and given them the bitcoin wallet address more times than I can remember. If you can help me to motivate Golden Lady Casino to complete this transaction, I would be forever grateful. I have attached my notes of chats formatted in Word along with my deposit and withdrawal records at that casino. I have many e-mails which I will gather in another Word document and have available.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
