Hi i have a withdrawal of £100 and £50 - £1 withdrawal fee total of withdrawal £149. These withdrawals where approved and sent on the 15th of April I have email proofs and screenshots of everything. Mr green online chat has been very vague and told me to wait for emails from them. I've asked for vague timescales with no success just varied amounts of time.banks are open by telephone 24hrs per day so surely a quick phone call to see where the money is, is a pritty easy and quick task. Any advise i would be great full.
