II have done withdrawal of 600 pounds on 2jul2012 still not paid.
I called customer service several times. They say that my account is blocked and it is under investigation.
Also said it is with the supervisor and it will be delt.
I am not getting any email from them.
they also tell me that I don't need to worry and my payment will be released as soon as possible. It has now been more than 10days since my first withhdrawal and I really do not know what to do. Can anyone help me here?
