Verification delayed despite submitting all requested documents

I am concerned about the long verification process at GameSpot Casino. I submitted all requested documents, including my passport, selfie, and account statement, and I am still waiting for verification to be completed.

My withdrawal remains pending, and despite contacting support several times, I have only been asked to wait longer. I understand that KYC checks are necessary, but several days have passed without any clear update or completion timeframe.

I hope the Security Team reviews my documents as soon as possible and processes my withdrawal. Until this issue is resolved, my experience with the casino remains disappointing.

We regret to inform you that despite all the AskGamblers Complaint Team requests, Game Spot Casino management failed to provide reasonable justification and/or solid evidence which could help us review and decide on this case adequately.

Unfortunately, in this situation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to close the case as unresolved and advise the player to seek further assistance from the relevant regulatory body or appointed ADR entity. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

Following the investigation, it was determined that the player had violated the platform's Terms and Conditions. Consequently, in accordance with Section 24.2 of our Terms and Conditions, the player's account was permanently closed and the remaining balance was confiscated.

This decision is final and will not be reconsidered. Therefore, no funds will be returned to the player.

The casino approved all of my verification documents, and my account was fully verified. However, instead of processing my withdrawal, they closed my account and confiscated my balance of $412.
I would like to emphasize that I successfully passed the verification process, so I do not understand the reason for confiscating my funds and closing my account.
The issue remains unresolved, and I kindly ask for your assistance in recovering my money.
