I successfully verified my account, but they don't allow me to withdraw money ("withdraw disabled for user"). Support asked for vide verification and I send file week ago. I don't have any answer from support. I attach correspondence with support.
Balance of my account is 3 thousand euro.
Please help me to return my money!
