They do not pay out funds for more than 10 working days
Hello, I waited more than a week to make this complaint. I tried every way to contact support and they always gave me standard answers.
They do not pay out funds for more than 10 working days. Before this, it also took a very long time to verify the bank account and card. In total more than 2 weeks
The problem started when I went to make a withdrawal.
No one from support was able to resolve it, they asked me to send an email to support@fresh-bet.com with the username, email, txtd, IP address, and device. And again standard answer without resolution.
I have KYC verified, no referral, no other account. I never broke any rules, certainly.
