Pay me my winnings
Dear support team,
I would like to raise a formal complaint due to the situation with you, I believe I wasn’t treated fairly for the closure of my account. I open a new account after I close the first one and I did contact you and had self exclusion.
I decided to reopen a new account, knowing that the old account was completely closed when I open a new account I checked your system and spoke with one of your agents and he said it was okay to open it. As we couldn’t manage to find the old account as long as the other account wasn’t closed for bad behaviour in suspicious activities
Went through the verification process which I pass past the process. Are use the same document are use the first time I open my account, my passport and my bank statement I start depositing money and playing. I didn’t win any money the first days and the account was still open and didn’t flag anything.
But once I start winning, surprisingly, the system detected the issue.
I spoke with a legal advisor. I explained to him the situation. I told him by the article 9, and he said he was aware of it and that it doesn’t apply to this case.
And he advised me to raise a complaint to you first before proceeding with legal affairs
So I’m hoping we can resolve this issue and come to a conclusion that benefits both of us. The amount I won is a big amount and I will not let it go even if I have to go to the court as a last resort.
