I have a withdraw with Freshbet that was successful according to my casino account. I was told it would be in my bank in 24 hours, that was 18/11/22 I was then told it would be in my bank Monday (today) no funds still.
All they say is they will investigate and to wait. They also asked if I’d like to make a complaint and gave me the wrong email address, they don’t even know which casino these live chat people work for. All I want is the funds in my bank account.
