I deposited 200 EUR, no bonus. After that I played 1 week, I won some money and I want withdraw 200 EUR. They blocked my account. They want some documents as selfie video with ID and paper with current date. They verified my documents. I wrote to support how long will be takes "investigations". They wrote 6 months! Its redicilous, they don´t pay and freshbet casino must be SCAM! Could you help me with this problem?
