I accessed the website freshbet.com and was able to register an account, no issues here. I was then allowed to deposit £10 using my Mastercard and once this was deposited successfully I was redirected to a page stating the following,
Access Denied
WEBSITE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY

I have emailed the above email address and get the following response,

Simply put if I am not able to play at the casino this should have been made clear before accepting my deposit and as such I would like it refunded,
