1500GBP withdrawal not received despite showing successful
I requested a £1,500 withdrawal on 25/06/23, which changed from processing to successful on 26/06/23.
I then requested a second withdrawal of £750 on 27/06/23, which changed from processing to successful on the same day.
Both withdrawals were made via SEPA so should have reached my bank account within 1-24 hours. I received the second withdrawal of £750 into my bank account almost instantly (the same day), however I am still yet to receive my first withdrawal of £1,500 despite it being made earlier.
When I contacted live chat they said there was a technical issue with it and it can take up to 3 days to credit to my bank account, however this time has passed and still no funds received. I again tried to contact live chat today and was ignored until the live chat cut off due to inactivity.
It is a shame as other than this issue, the website has been very good.
