Missing astropay deposit since weeks

I would like to register formal escalation about my missing deposit at fresh casino since March 23rd 2025. I deposited 10000 INR using astropay wallet same was debited immediately but till today is not credited. Casino support says I did not make deposit on said date because they did not find in their system. My deposit screenshot is showing successful and the merchant name as well. Kindly help me to receive my Missing deposit

Dear Askgambler Team,
Casino don't have any valid information about my last deposit and there is variations on every chat session. See attached screenshot for more clearity. Here the casino representative provide different information about my deposit history and support team provide different information. I can't exactly trust on in between. Also, if you check the transaction screenshot shared previously, merchant name is clearly visible and the transaction is successful to GALAKTIKA N V. I request casino to check mentioned transaction with astropay if it's valid or not

All my withdrawal requests were rejected

Hello,
I want to report a serious issue with this casino.
The casino accepted my deposit without any problem. However, when I requested a withdrawal, they suddenly blocked the process and started requesting additional verification documents.
They are now asking for bank card ownership verification even though the deposit was already accepted by their system. I believe the casino is intentionally delaying or preventing my withdrawal.
I contacted support but I did not receive a clear or fair explanation. Every time I provide information, they ask for more documents again.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to investigate this case and help me receive my withdrawal fairly.

Casino has frozen my 510usdt withdrawl for 31days

Hello there,

Fresh Casino froze 510 usdt of my withdrawal for 31 days. They rely on their regulations, they suspect me of playing unfairly, but they do not provide any evidence for this.
I think this is a deliberate action to freeze my money for no reason. Besides, it is abusive.

My account has been positively verified by kyc.

For your review, I am sending a statement of deposit transactions and one withdrawal, which ended successfully.

Lost crypto deposit

Hello,

Like the last two complaints on here I have deposited $353 in LTC that did not make it to my account despite the transaction completing on blockexplorer 20minutes.

The next day I asked the casino what was going on and they said they would refund me, which was odd because I wanted to play.

Fresh casinos policy is less than 24 hours for a withdrawal yet when I talk to customer service they just say "wait" and can't even give me a timeframe for my refund. I belive like the last two complaints I am being jerked around by fresh casino.

BTC deposit has not been credited

The problem is exactly the same as the previous applicant: the cryptocurrency deposit has not been credited, all the necessary screenshots and even a wallet for a refund have been provided, but they are not even trying to resolve the issue. The crediting deadlines set by the rules have passed and now absolutely all operators simply disappear from the chat without even bothering to give a formal answer, apparently counting on the problem itself being resolved when the client gets tired of pestering their support and gives up on this matter. I ask for assistance in resolving my complaint, otherwise they will never move.

On 30.08.2024, a deposit was made at the casino, so far the funds have not been credited to the balance or returned to the wallet, support does not give a specific answer every day they say wait, it is unknown how long to wait! Bonus crashed

Hello, first of all im sorry for my english.
I was playing in the slot called Rise of Olympus on a 1 dollar bet, this game has a pre bonus game that in there you can enter or not to the bonus game. So i enter to the pre bonus game and there i won already 27 usd. Also i won the bonus game entry wich you have to choose between 3 options. When i choose the second option the game crashed and show me an error. That is very common so i refreshed the site expecting that the bonus game is there but it was not.
I contact support and 2 different people told me that i have an unfinished bet. (Of course).
Today they send me an email and they only refund me the 27 usd of the pre bonus game like i never won the bonus game.
So my complaint is that i expect at least 100 usd from the site, on that game you can win between 0 and 600x or more and i already have won 27x and the bonus never started.
