Not paying and giving no answers
I requested a cash out at Fortunetowin 8 days ago now (June 10), I have sent my documents and they have all been accepted. I live in New Zealand and play on many online casinos, my card does not allow cash backs so I MUST use the bank transfer method. I always check on askgamblers.com if my country is allowed, the currency's and also the withdrawal method available. So this is where the problem begins, I was told by live chat it's not possible to use bank transfer because my balance is in AUD. How does that even make sense? After explaining to them I've never had this issue anywhere else they said they will see what they can do and will be in touch via email. Well it's been 8 days now and countless visits to chat with no answers or no help. I have all chat logs saved if needed.
