Hello!

I requested a withdrawal of 717 EUR on 13 June.

In terms of processing time for withdrawals less than 2000 EUR, it's from 60 minutes to 24 hours.

My withdrawal is still pending.

My account was verified on 13 June.

Support always told me that my withdrawal is under review.

I don't understand why it's still not processed.

I have made a withdrawal on 01/01/2026, and until 06/01/202,6 the status is still pending, even though in their terms and conditions it is stated that the maximum time to change the status from pending to accepted is 24 hours.

I advise anyone to be careful in choosing a gambling site.

I hope this report can be posted forever, and I will only delete this complaint if I have received payment from FlashDash.

Do not receive payments that exceed estimates

I have submitted a withdrawal request on 11/24/2025 at 02:36 and until today on 11/29/2025 at 02:50 I have not received the payment, they ensured that I would receive the final payment before 5 days and even sooner, but in fact this has exceeded the estimated limit and I am very disappointed, even though I have been a member for a long time, for all prospective members who want to register on the CASINOFLASHDASH.COM or FLASHDASHCASINO.COM site you should think twice about this.

Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Delay in Withdrawal Processing

I submit a complaint regarding the unacceptable delay in processing my withdrawal request.
It has now been almost a month without the transaction being completed.

Initially, I was informed that there was an issue with transferring the funds to my bank. I then provided you with the crypto currency address as requested.
After my bank rejected the withdrawal, I provided them with the IBAN of another bank to complete the transfer.

However, it has now been over two weeks, and I continue to receive the same response — that “the refund has not been received yet.”
Meanwhile, upon following up on the transaction, I was told that the transfer was completed on the 26th September . But they still saying that they didn't receive the returned payment.

An unexpected delay in withdrawing money

Hello, unfortunately I came across this flash dash casino,they haven't withdrawn money or verified the account for almost a week,they write in support that my withdrawal got into some special department and the payment will be delayed for an unspecified period,the website states that the payout averages from a few minutes to 24 hours,but not in my in this case, I have asked repeatedly, specifically because of which the withdrawal is not being made, there is no answer, only we understand your emotions and so on, we try and do everything else, but in fact there is no shift, there were no violations on my part, I took the bonus on the first deposit and won it back without violating the maximum allowable bet, there is no withdrawal on the weekend, please help me understand the situation. < external link removed >That's what they've been responding to for the second week now, it's a link to the email they sent me.
