An unexpected delay in withdrawing money


Hello, unfortunately I came across this flash dash casino,they haven't withdrawn money or verified the account for almost a week,they write in support that my withdrawal got into some special department and the payment will be delayed for an unspecified period,the website states that the payout averages from a few minutes to 24 hours,but not in my in this case, I have asked repeatedly, specifically because of which the withdrawal is not being made, there is no answer, only we understand your emotions and so on, we try and do everything else, but in fact there is no shift, there were no violations on my part, I took the bonus on the first deposit and won it back without violating the maximum allowable bet, there is no withdrawal on the weekend, please help me understand the situation. < external link removed >That's what they've been responding to for the second week now, it's a link to the email they sent me. As I understand it, this casino just doesn't care about your ratings, scores, and so on, just as it doesn't care about the players that you lower their score, and they don't care, as we see now.
