Waiting for withdraw since 30th September

30th September I did a withdraw of 600 euro and still not received it. On the 7th of October it's completed (what means is paid to my bank acc said the casino). Now it's 25 October and still no money. And a few days ago I did another withdrawal and I get that 1 day after it was completed. Exactly this is the reason something went wrong, but from the casino I get only the reaction they can't help me and I have to mail. And when I mail I get no response, or they tell me to be patient until the 10 days are over. Now it's 19 days ago and they don't know where my 600 euro is, and nobody from the casino takes this matter seriously. What can I do?
