Delayed withdrawal for over a month

I have made a withdrawal from fireslots casino about 7 months ago 08.10.2021 and still not getting my money. I have asked in live chat many times and sent them emails and it is always the same answer that they have some kinda delay. But now it has been 7 months. My account is verified and everything should be ok. I almost give up but my friend said to try this forum that they have helped him.

30th September I did a withdraw of 600 euro and still not received it. On the 7th of October it's completed (what means is paid to my bank acc said the casino). Now it's 25 October and still no money. And a few days ago I did another withdrawal and I get that 1 day after it was completed. Exactly this is the reason something went wrong, but from the casino I get only the reaction they can't help me and I have to mail. And when I mail I get no response, or they tell me to be patient until the 10 days are over. Now it's 19 days ago and they don't know where my 600 euro is, and nobody from the casino takes this matter seriously. What can I do?

I deposited 300 eur, and got the 100 % welcome bonus 300 eur. I cleared 50x play-trough and tried to withdraw 3000 EUR. However, I could only withdraw 2700 EUR. Now I have 300 EUR balance, but cannot play any games, as it always prompts "Insufficient funds". Casino support says these is "bonus funds" which cannot be withdrawn.

Withdrawal of 2700 EUR has now been pending for over 2 weeks. When asking about this from support, first they said that processing time is 7-21 working days, which is not as it is stated in the T&C. Account was verified before I could make the withdrawal, account status was "verified account". Now, all of the sudden account status has changed to "unverified". When asking about this issue from live chat, I got the following reply:

"We are currently experiencing some technical issues with the server.

The attendance of our website is high so it happens that server crashes due to a large influx of players at the same time.

The issue was reported to our technical department and we hope it will be sorted out in no time.
