Refuses to close my account for more than 1 month
I have a serious gambling problem and in one of my weak moments I signed up for an account with this casino.
I have made it clear in my profile on their site that I don't want promotional emails from them. Despite this they send me up to 7 emails a day with offers.
I asked them to close my account refering to the fact that I have a gambling problem. They have refused to close it permanently and are asking me to print out and fill in some kind of form where the longest period of exclusion is 1 month.
They do not listen to me and I am beyond desperate at this moment. Please help me.
