Delaying my withdrawal for months

I opened an account at this casino and used their welcome bonuses. I managed to win a very small amount (1548 SEK) on the second welcome bonus and tried to make a withdrawal. The support asked me to send documents and I did. I waited for weeks and did not get any money so I contacted support to ask what was going on. They told me to send documents again and I did it AGAIN. Waited for weeks and contacted support AGAIN and they asked me to send documents AGAIN. I have now sent them the documents 4 or 5 times but they never pay me.

I asked the support again what is going on. This time they admitted they have received the documents but I still have not received my money.

Stalling verification and my withdrawal

I have sent all needed documents first time 6 days ago to a correct email address for verification. Still no answer. Live chat just saying to wait. I asked where to contact about the issue and they told me to send email to the same support email where you send vertification documents. I have sent many emails with no response. I'm very worried about my money and want this situation done fast. Because of this I can't withdraw my money.

Delayed payments, not responding to emails

I took the welcome bonus and won a smaller amount (around 8000 SEK), deposited through bank transfer. I then sent in the documents for verification and tried to withdraw my funds, and it got rejected. Sometime after that, chat said that I was now verified. But now the method I used for deposit wasn't available anymore.

The chat now tells me to make a symbolic deposit with VISA, and then withdraw the whole funds with visa. The problem is, now I have to get verified with visa. They tell me to send my front and back visa pictures to [email protected]. The first mail I sent to [email protected] was 31 okt. Since then I've sent maybe 4-5 mails, not one single answer. They always say the same thing, "Your issue will be solved soon, please wait", "I understand you, you will get a reply soon" or "I pass your contacts to the relevant department, we will answer soon, please wait". Clearly, no one is working to answer the verification processes sent to [email protected]. What to do here, I feel so powerless.

I see another complaint here about the exact same issue. What can we do here? Clearly they are ignoring us. Maybe they will shut down their casino in the end of the year and insisting in scamming the last people that win.
