Delayed payments, not responding to emails


I took the welcome bonus and won a smaller amount (around 8000 SEK), deposited through bank transfer. I then sent in the documents for verification and tried to withdraw my funds, and it got rejected. Sometime after that, chat said that I was now verified. But now the method I used for deposit wasn't available anymore.

The chat now tells me to make a symbolic deposit with VISA, and then withdraw the whole funds with visa. The problem is, now I have to get verified with visa. They tell me to send my front and back visa pictures to suppor­t@f­aus­tbe­t.com. The first mail I sent to [email protected] was 31 okt. Since then I've sent maybe 4-5 mails, not one single answer. They always say the same thing, "Your issue will be solved soon, please wait", "I understand you, you will get a reply soon" or "I pass your contacts to the relevant department, we will answer soon, please wait". Clearly, no one is working to answer the verification processes sent to suppor­t@f­aus­tbe­t.org. What to do here, I feel so powerless.

I see another complaint here about the exact same issue. What can we do here? Clearly they are ignoring us. Maybe they will shut down their casino in the end of the year and insisting in scamming the last people that win.
