Bonus money stolen

Hello. I made a deposit of 500nok and received a bonus of 250nok. I read all the terms and conditions and there was nothing about the maximum win from the bonus. After I met the wagerment (27000nok of wager for 250. bonus), 15000nok was taken from my account and now I'm left with 2500nok. The live support says that it's written in the terms and conditions but I read it multiple times and the only information there is that couple of countries has this rule but not mine. I asked her where is stays differently but without any answer and here is the answer from the financial department:

We checked your account and we saw the reason why part of the money was deducted at the moment of releasing the bonus. Basically, the bonus that was used and wagered has a maximum withdrawal release.

In your case the bonus money that was activated was in the amount of 250 NOK and the released amount was 2500 NOK (= x10 times the initial amount)

Please do note that the rule for the maximum release of the bonus is not related to your current country of occupation.
