Extra Vegas Casino - Still no sign of withdrawal

website states instant withdrawal via ecopayz, then i get told upon enquiry its up to 5 business days (its been 6) then on chat i get a variety of different responses from 'soon' to 'maybe end of week' to 'today' to 'just be patient' it is ridiculous you have gone against your own stated policies, especially given your time frames for pending withdrawals are already long, in the meantime i am left without my withdrawal or without any answers to when i can expect it

The total was for $400 since this after 7 business days i conversed with them again and they have rejected my withdrawal of $400 and told me i need to fill out a form. A form that was never asked for in verification and one I received no notification to fill out and had I not asked I would not have known about. I told them to close my account as it is not worth my time. They have also yet to do this despite 24 hours since request. I see this casino has been blacklisted on multiple sites and I can absolutely see why.

This is the whole point. Your casino is flawed and it feels like their whole purpose is to retain someone’s winnings in anyway you can.
I have learned my lesson to never gamble at your casino again

by Monday you did not have any pending withdraw so I am sorry but there was nothing to act on.
Last week we did not have all information so we could process your withdraw.
