I have the same problem with EvolveCasino as many others.
The 30. October i wanted to withdraw 700€ & 1000€ to my VISA card, the same I used to deposit with to the site. (I've deposited A LOT to the site)
I got a mail from their support, telling me there was problems with VISA transfer, and I should do a Bank Wire Transfer withdrawel instead. So I did...
2020-10-30 12:37:03 Withdrawal Wiretransfer 1750.00 Processed (ID: 10427764)
And Next day another 900€ withdraw:
2020-10-31 07:16:12 Withdrawal Wiretransfer 900.00 Processed (ID: 10443514)
Today the 9th of November I still havent recieved any money from Evolve Casino?
When I write to the support team, I just get the same answer as everyone else, that they had some "Technical issues with cash outs" and Bank Wire transfer was delayed....
Can you please tell me why they keep stalling/delaying their cash outs? The site had pretty good reviews on Askgamblers??

I am pleased to announce that I finally recieved my payments today, 23 days after withdrawing them.
I didn't get any answers from Evolve, but this will be the last time I play at any Mountberg casino.
So @Askgamblers, you can mark this case as solved.

I understand, but I just wanted to make sure they could see what i'm writing. Because somehow they keep avoiding answering my questions on:
1.) When will I recieve my money? - I need a exact timeframe. (Allready waited 15 business days)
2.) You promised me evidence 1 week ago, showing me the payments was indeed sent to my account from your part. Still haven't recieved it?
3.) What is the exact issue with your payment system? Since it somehow keeps coming when players want to withdraw their money from your site. I can see in earlier complains, the issue is the same... Shouldn't your deposit system be down too, if your entire payment system has "technical issues"?
4.) Why does everyone at evolvecasino-support keep copy-pasting the same messages? Where is the support? It doesn't matter if you contact live-support, or mail their cashier department. The answer is the exact same. Thats really bad if you wanna be a serious Casino.
5.) Looking foward to getting a detailed answer on all 4 questions. Thank you.
