Hi I requested permanent account closure with Evolve casino 6 days ago!! I received a mail 3 days ago that my request had been forwarded to the relevant department!! After 3 days I didn’t received anything from them and my account is still open!! It’s been 7 days since I request my account closure and I have been ignored. I try online chat but no response... waiting time more than hour!!!
