I made a withdrawal of 650 euro on 2020-10-30 12:19:17 with transaction id: 10427467.
For some reason they are stalling the withdrawal, telling me that they have some problem with payment system. They answer is the same everyday "We are sorry for inconvenience < name removed > as we have made some update in payment system so there is delay" and "The funds should reach your bank account very soon in the next days. Thank you for understanding!".
"in the next days" should mean exactly that, in the next days, not 8 days. So i think they are lying, the money is not yet sent to me, thats maybe also why they refuse to show me any proof of payment.
There best team is working on the problem, but after weeks they dont have any answers. At the same time the site is up and running and deposit works fine. Is it even possible that a website/server related problem can take weeks to fix, and at the same time not affect other parts of the website?

Your withdrawal has been processed but we had unfortunately an issue with our payment system that is now solved.
We had a huge backlog but our agents have worked on this full time starting with the oldest first.
As our agents are are working overtime till later hours and within today/tomorrow all payments should be done
