I have made a withdrawal of 500 euros on the 21st of december and it is still not processed. I have asked about it in chat about three times but no real answer. I was just asked to send an email to support, which i did on the 23rd dec but haven't heard anything back. On 24th dec got reply from chat that they have unsually many withdrawals and that's why it takes a bit longer, but it's already a week from that and still nothing!
